(hereinafter, Coniex), headquartered at Via Central de Milheirós, 638 4475-380 Milheirós and NIPC 502067411 is a company dedicated to research, manufacture, purchase, sale, representation, and marketing, as well as the import and export of machinery and accessories, namely for glass-energy, chemicals for centrifugal casting and surface treatment, being the owner of the domain www.coniex.pt, where its WEBSITE is hosted.

9. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

9.1. Your personal data is kept secure through the adoption of various security measures, of a technical nature (the data is kept on secure servers next to GO WEB – Produção de Páginas Internet, LDA (hereinafter “Accommodation”) with NIPC 505 099 730 and it is located at Rua da Alegria, 1930 Frações EH and JY 4200-024 Porto) and organizational (only employees and the processes that must access them according to the rules created for this purpose) that allow to protect personal data against its dissemination, loss, misuse, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access as well as against any other form of unlawful treatment.

9.2.To protect your personal data we only use data center providers that offer us adequate and documented security measures, namely guarantees that your personal data is stored on servers that are kept in controlled environments with limited access.

9.3. Likewise, when you browse the WEBSITE, we protect your data with encryption, such as Transport Layer Security (TLS, is a security protocol that protects telecommunications via internet) and your password is stored using a one-way hash, that is, it cannot be retrieved (or disclosed) by anyone, including Coniex, can only be reset.

9.4.Although we take the care and precautions that we deem appropriate to protect the personal data that you provide and collect to us, we must be aware that no security system is impenetrable.

10.3. At the end of the retention period, all personal data collected will be deleted. Personal data that continue to make sense to keep for the fulfilment of the purposes will be renewed with the authorization of the holder(s).

(a) Access: right to obtain confirmation that the personal data concerning you are or are not being processed and, if that is the case, the right to access your personal data;
(b) Rectification: the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and to have your incomplete personal data completed;
(c) Erasure: the right to obtain erasure of your personal data when one of the reasons listed in the legislation applies;
(d) Limitation of treatment: the right to obtain the limitation of treatment if one of the situations listed in the legislation applies;

11.5. If you ask us to delete some of your personal data or all of it, some of the requested services may not be provided to you, and Coniex will keep the personal data necessary to comply with its legal obligations.

12. WHEN WE COMMUNICATE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?

12.1. Coniex may use third parties to provide certain services, in terms of maintenance, technical support, marketing, invoicing or payment management, and they may have access to some of the personal data, namely, the data necessary for the contractual purposes.

12.2. Coniex ensures that the entities that have access to the data are credible and offer high guarantees of protection, never being transmitted data beyond what is necessary to provide the contracted service, however, Coniex remains responsible for the personal data made available.

12.3. Coniex may also communicate your data to companies in its business group with which Coniex has commercial partnerships for the creation and offer of benefits, or even other partners outside its business group. However, we will only do this sharing with prior authorization on your part.

12.4. Coniex may also transmit data to third parties in the context of investigations, inquiries and judicial and/or administrative proceedings or of a similar nature, provided that this is duly ordered by court order to that effect.

14. DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

14.1. In the event that data transfers may occur to third countries other than those belonging to the European Union, Coniex will comply with the law, in particular with regard to the suitability of the country of destination with regard to the protection of personal data and the requirements that apply to these transfers, and personal data will not be transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of security and protection.

15. THE MINORS

15.1. The WEBSITE is not directed to minors under 16 years of age, so we request that these minors do not provide us with personal data through the WEBSITE, application, social networks and social media or emails.

16. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

16.1. Coniex appreciates that you do not send us and do not disclose to us any sensitive personal data, i.e. information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic information, biometric information, health data or data relating to the sexual life of a natural person or sexual orientation.

16.2. This personal data will be immediately deleted.
